Sometimes I forget we're in the year 2021. A time and place where we're supposed to be evolved. Better. Not as douchey. But then there's the star/producer of the TV show Bull. And in 2021, women are still flaked over if they take a stand. Eliza Dushku was fired from the show after she went to the big-wigs at CBS Studios to file a harassment complaint against Weatherly. What happened to her? Let's spill.
Testifying before a congressional committee that was formed to consider legislation to eliminate forced arbitration clauses in employment, consumer, and civil rights cases, she shared her arbitration story-- and being fired in silence.

When is the Boys Club going to be dissolved. What's sad is that this occurs in many workplaces. I know this for a fact. And arbitration is in just about in every entertainment contract. I also know this for a fact. So glad she stood up for herself, despite the consequences. I've been there, too.
